UI/UX Designer

Job description

We are seeking a talented and passionate entry-level UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As an entry-level designer, you will work closely with experienced designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Assist in conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for various digital products.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with branding guidelines and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging UI/UX design techniques.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
• Assist in analyzing user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and projects (including coursework or personal projects).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design, and usability concepts.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular/Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
