Lucien Solutions is a digital marketing and web development agency providing end to end digital solutions to businesses and startups. We are looking for a sales executive who can spearhead our lead generation efforts and business development efforts.

This position is ideal for a business development specialist with experience in lead generation. You will spearhead a multi-pronged lead generation strategy leveraging LinkedIn, email marketing, and various outreach methods to identify and nurture high-value leads for the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Crafting Winning Proposals: Understand client needs and develop compelling proposals that showcase the value of our lead generation solutions.
Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and other relevant platforms to identify and connect with ideal customers.
Master of Outreach: Craft personalized messages that build relationships and generate qualified leads.
Data & Optimization Guru: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
Following Up for Success: Ensure smooth communication with clients through professional follow-ups, keeping them informed and engaged.

We want someone who:

Has 2-4 years of B2B lead generation experience (digital marketing background a plus).
Knows social selling like the back of their hand (think LinkedIn pro).
Can write compelling proposals, emails, and follow-up messages that get results.
Thrives on data and uses it to make magic happen (think analytical ninja!).
Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
