  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in business development for a digital marketing agency.
  • A proven leader with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at clearly articulating the value proposition of our agency.
  • A data-driven problem solver with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends and technologies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract closing skills.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the agency’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead the BDR team by providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and support in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads through active prospecting research.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Negotiate and secure new client contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service delivery process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape to maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
