Lucien Solutions LLP, a dynamic digital agency specializing in Social Media Marketing and Website Development, is seeking a motivated and talented Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation, with a willingness to engage in cold calling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients, engaging them with compelling pitches and value propositions.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients interested in our services.
  • Execute outbound cold calling campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for client acquisition and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Lucien Solutions LLP.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools/software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing time effectively and staying organized.
  • Experience in social media marketing and website development is a plus.
